If your party is large enough (90 guests) we bring out a grill, pit cook, and server and grill onsite for $300.
This provides another level of interaction for you and your guests.
The Grill is onsite for around 2 1/2 hours. Then we clean up, wrap up the leftovers and leave them with you.
If your event isn’t large enough or you just don’t want the grill there, NO PROBLEM. We will deliver and set up the buffet. You could have us deliver the pig whole and decorated, we could break it down ahead of time, or we could cut it down onsite.
