Staff provides service for your event for additional fee. We bus, clean up the buffet area and wrap your leftovers.

If your party is large enough (90 guests) we bring out a grill, pit cook, and server and grill onsite for $300.
Party smaller or you don’t want the grill, no problem, we can still deliver a whole pig and setup a display.
